Jheel Barad has worked as a Training officer in the Center of Training, IITE, Gandhinagar

As a Training Officer at the Center for Training, Indian Institute of Teachers Education from July 2023 to May 2024, Jheel Barad designed and managed specialized training programs for in-service teachers, funded by government grants. She identified educators' specific needs to tailor the training programs, created effective training materials and lesson plans, and organized and oversaw all training activities from start to finish.  She also handled all logistical details to ensure smooth operations during training sessions, conducted evaluations, analyzed feedback, and documented outcomes to improve future programs.
